Please be courteous, and provide at least 3 business days notice for all cancelled appointments. Preparation for your visit has already begun well before this time frame.
This helps ensure that we can meet the needs of all of our patients who are waiting to get an appointment. The full appointment amount will be charged for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or no show visits. Your insurance does not cover no shows or late cancellation so you will be responsible for the payment.
