Kristin Damstetter, a mindfulness coach, started on her healing journey back in 2007 when a doctor diagnosed her with anxiety. Reluctantly she started practicing yoga, only to find out she felt better than ever. Yoga led her to other healing practices such as meditation, Ayurveda medicine, and mindfulness.
