Tele-Therapy Availability:

I currently offer tele-therapy via a secure online video platform, available to residents of California and Arizona.

Insurance & Reimbursement:

While I am not currently accepting insurance, you may be able to use your "Out of Network" benefits if you have a PPO plan. Please contact your insurance provider to inquire about reimbursement for "therapy with a psychologist" and understand your out-of-pocket expenses.

I can assist by providing a monthly statement of your paid services, which you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

Free Consultation:

A free 10-minute phone consultation is available to determine if we are a good therapeutic fit. If we decide to move forward, we will schedule an initial session to gather more information and develop a treatment plan. Should your needs fall outside my scope of practice, I am happy to provide referrals to qualified professionals.
